Zend Server, for the first time also available in a community edition free of charge, was announced by Zend on Tuesday. In addition to all-in-one PHP stack, it also has web admin panel, DB drivers, opcode caching built-in, native install on Linux (RPM or DEB pkgs) and Windows (MSI), and comes w/capability to execute Java code from PHP scripts.
